Ordered a Chicken thali yesterday with addon items(jeera rice, naan) yesterday. Got paneer with rice and roti. I raised a complaint regarding the same and the restaurant did not agree with the refund. It's been a day and the resolution is still not passed. The delivery took 45-50 mins. First you make people wait for the food then send the wrong items you guys could have just cancelled the order that would have been better on top of that there is no response from the restaurant with regard to the raised ticket. Horrible service really.

In this thali there are 2 pieces of lachha paratha but I got one lachha paratha and one naan. I don't eat naan now I am half empty stomach.
