I recently tried the family meal deal at Biryani By Kilo, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Their Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biryani was delicious and definitely worth the price. The portion size was generous and perfect for a family dinner on the weekends. The Kolkata mutton biryani was tasteless. The rice was overcooked and soggy. The only flavour I could taste was of rose water. This is the second time I have been robbed off my hard earned money while ordering Kolkata biryani from bbq. It's frustrating how they are selling such mediocre products at such a premium pricing. I mean for 4 average pieces of mutton, two eggs, and two potatoes, paying more than 1000rs is just plain cheating. Probably the last time I'm ordering something from here. There are other outlets that I would rather prefer.

The Veg Hyderabadi Dum Biryani from Biryani By Kilo was absolutely delicious! The 1/2 Kg portion was more than enough for a feast. Highly recommended!

Biryani By Kilo is a great spot to get a delicious biryani. I tried Kathal Biryani with a starter of my choice, and it was awesome! The portion was more than enough for two people, and the flavours were totally on point. Highly recommend this place!
