Customers praise the authentic flavors and presentation of signature dishes like Andhra Special Tamarind Rice and Badam Kheer, with many repeat orders for their taste; however, experiences are mixed overall due to frequent packaging problems and inconsistent freshness that sometimes leave orders missing condiments or arriving stale.
