I recently visited Shiva Restaurant and was thrilled to find that they offered gluten-free options. I tried their 4 Badami Puri with Aloo Ki Sabji and it was simply delicious. The puris were crispy and perfectly cooked, and the Aloo Ki Sabji had just the right amount of spice.
