Gatte ke sabji is a very popular Rajasthani vegetarian dish. Dumplings made from gram flour and dry spices are steamed in spicy and tang yogurt based sauce. Very simple curry with few ingredients and besan flour being the main ingredient which gives a nice silky texture to the gray and nutty and pleasant taste to the dish.
