● Valid for all days.
Points to remember
●Paytm First Subscription Code once given will not be cancelled or refunded back.
● Paytm First Subscription Codes shall be applicable only once per user per mobile number.
● Paytm First membership cannot be extended using the free code or redeemed for cash if you are a member of Paytm First already.
● The Paytm First Subscription Code is non-transferrable.
● The Paytm First Subscription codes once expired, the validity will not be extended and the Paytm shall not be liable for providing the benefits to such Customer.
● Paytm First Subscription Code can only be redeemed only on Paytm App.
● One97 Communications Ltd accepts no responsibility financial or otherwise, for misuse of this Paytm First Subscription Code.
● One97 Communications Ltd shall not be liable for any claims for any damages, losses, expenses incurred by the customer on account Paytm First Subscription Code being lost, and/or stolen and/or transferred or handed over by the customer to any other person.
● Any dispute that may arise in relation to this Paytm First Subscription Codes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi.
● The Customers agree that these terms as well as the terms and conditions of Paytm First Program shall be applicable.
● Paytm reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the offers, benefits and/or services or any part thereof including the T&C at their sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Customers.
● The offers, benefits and/or services extended on subscribing to the Paytm First Subscription are by provided by third parties. One97 Communications Ltd shall at no time be liable for claims for damages, losses etc that may arise as a result of the customer availing these offers, benefits and/or services offered by the third party.
● This Paytm First Subscription Code is not redeemable for cash or any other product/services offered by One97 Communications Ltd.
● The Paytm First Subscription offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and One97 Communication Limited reserves the right to withdraw, amend, modify, change, alter or terminate a part or whole of the services, offers and/or benefits offered under Paytm first Subscription without any prior notice.
● In case of any wrongful act including but not limited to fraud, breach, default, misconduct, negligence, act or omission or incorrect information or details provided by the Customer(s), Paytm reserves the right to forthwith and without any notice revoke, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw the offers, benefits and/or services or any part thereof including the T&C at their sole discretion at any time during its validity and the Customer(s) shall indemnify and keep indemnified Paytm and their officers, directors, employees, customers, affiliates and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney?s fees and court costs) which Paytm may incur, pay or become responsible for or suffer due to the aforesaid acts of the Customer(s).
Refund
