I recently visited Bablu Samosha Centre and was pleasantly surprised to see their options for the Keto diet. The Idli with Sambar and Coconut Chutney was a standout dish, with the idlis being made from almond flour. The sambar was low in carbs and the coconut chutney was the perfect balance of flavors.
