I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Sri Hari Bhavan, and let me tell you, their Medu Vada did not disappoint! As someone who prefers spicy food, I was delighted to find that the vada had just the right amount of heat. The crunchiness of the outer layer and the softness of the inside made for a perfect texture. The combination of flavors was simply heavenly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a good spice kick in their food!
