As someone who follows the Keto diet, I was delighted to find that Hotel Shivalay offers Keto options on their menu. Their Baingan Masala was particularly delicious and I couldn't have enough of it! I recently visited Hotel Shivalay and had a wonderful experience. The Tawa Pulao was absolutely delicious and is definitely worth trying. The staff were delightful and accommodating. I highly recommend Hotel Shivalay for a great food experience.
