Clopitab 150 Tablet is prescribed to people at high risk of heart disease. This includes people with peripheral vascular disease (blood circulation problems due to narrowing of blood vessels), recent heart attack or stroke, irregular heartbeats, and those who have undergone certain heart procedures like stenting. It is also used in combination with some other medicines for the treatment of heart attack and some types of heart-related chest pain (unstable angina).<br /><br />This medicine may be taken with or without food and should be taken at the same time each day. It is important to keep taking this medicine even if you feel well. If you stop taking this medicine, it may increase your chance of having a heart attack or stroke.<br /><br />The most common side effect seen with this medicine is bleeding. This may be in the form of bruising, nose bleeds, blood in urine or stools (black-colored stools), or heavier periods than usual in women. If you cut or injure yourself, it may take longer than usual for the bleeding to stop. Such episodes of bleeding are usually mild and resolve on their own. However, you should consult your doctor straight away if the bleeding persists or worries you.<br /><br />This medicine is not suitable for some people. Do not take it if you are bleeding from anywhere in the body such as a stomach ulcer or bleeding within the brain. Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have ever had a problem with your blood not clotting properly or if you have recently had a serious injury or surgery. This medicine may need to be stopped temporarily before planned surgery or dental treatment.

Oxyspas 5 Tablet is used in the treatment of overactive bladder. It relieves urinary symptoms like frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control urination. Oxyspas 5 Tablet is advised to take it in a dose and duration as per prescription. It should be taken on an empty stomach at least an hour before having a meal. Swallow the medicine as a whole without crushing or chewing it. You should not stop taking the medicine without consulting the doctor as it may lead to the worsening of your symptoms. <p>Cipladine 5% Solution 100 ml belongs to the class of medications called <i>antiseptic and disinfectant</i> primarily used to treat and prevent skin infections in minor burns, lacerations (deep cut in the skin), cuts, and abrasions (the first layer of skin is scraped off). It also helps to treat infections of the lining of the mouth and throat, such as gingivitis (inflammation of the gums) and mouth ulcers. Cipladine 5% Solution 100 ml is also used in infection control during insertion and care of urinary catheters, circumcision (removal of the foreskin from the human penis), suture removal and dressing changes.&nbsp;</p><p>Cipladine 5% Solution 100 ml works by inhibiting the growth of infection-causing microbes. As a small molecule, iodine in Cipladine 5% Solution 100 ml can easily penetrate microorganisms and oxidizes essential proteins, nucleotides, and fatty acids, leading to cell death. Cipladine 5% Solution 100 ml is effective against bacteria (Gram-positive and Gram-negative, including antibiotic-resistant and antiseptic-resistant strains), fungi, viruses, and protozoa. Cipladine 5% Solution 100 ml is used in degerming (physical removal of microbes) stasis ulcers (wound on the leg or ankle due to damaged veins), decubitus ulcers (bed sores), and the umbilical area. It is also used for degerming the intravenous devices in blood transfusions, hyperalimentation (artificial supply of nutrients), cutdowns, and central venous line.</p><p>Brief your medical history to the doctor, if you are allergic to iodine or povidone. Let your doctor know if you have an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism) or thyroid diseases, liver, and kidney problems. Please tell your doctor if you are undergoing any lithium therapy or treatment involving radioactive iodine. Cipladine 5% Solution 100 ml should not be used before or after radioiodine scintigraphy or radioiodine treatment of thyroid carcinoma.</p>
