I recently tried out Chinese Darbar - Pure Veg and I must say, I was blown away by their Jain Manchurian Dry dish! As someone who loves spicy food and is always on the lookout for new cuisines to try, this dish hit all the right spots for me. The spice level was perfect, not too mild but just the right amount of heat to give it that extra kick. The Jain twist added an interesting and flavorful element to the dish.
