Kurkure Aloo Tikki Chole Chaat, Chaat and crunch go hand in hand and this dish is the role model for the phrase. The aloo tikki was crispy as per the dish name and it was glorified with tomatoes, chole, chutneys and other stuff. The name itself is mouthwatering. The crisp gave me a high 😋
Raj Kachori Chaat, I know it's unbelievable but I hate Kachori and I haven't tasted this Chaat before. I was very skeptical when he got this. But I thought of giving a try. And they nailed it, they won my heart with this extremely mouth watering chaat. The crispy cover of king of kachoris was filled in with chanas, spourts, aloo, various chutney and masalas and was topped with mildly sweet dahi. It was a good combo of crunchy, tangy and sweet treat. This was a kingly chaat. Definitely a #MustHave
Bhaiyaji Special Paratha, this paratha was made with aloo, peas, cheese and paneer. This loaded paratha was served hot with dahi and pickle. The cover was crunchy and the filling was spicy, chatpata both at once. All the 4 ingredients where evidently present in the paratha and could be tasted in each bite. The peas used were cooked and mashed and thn stuffed. One paratha and I'm sure you'll be done for that meal.
