I recently tried the Vada Pav at Sai Hotel and it was delicious! The bread was perfectly soft and the vada was crispy and flavorful. The best part was that it wasn't greasy like most other vada pavs. As someone who values healthy options, I was happy to see that they used fresh ingredients and the portion size was just right. I highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for a healthier version of a classic Mumbai street food.
