Truly living up to its name, Pinxx has beige walls with shimmery patterns that are lit up with hues of pink, crimson covers for the chairs that go really well with the wooden floor and even fuchsia napkins – the entire ambience is a tribute to this delicate colour. The food is just as competent, Mahi Abe-Hayat which is soft fish chunks marinated in gram flour and yogurt and flavoured with rose water that perfectly complements the tender texture, the three cheese ravioli, the pork chops with apple sauce and the innovative chicken tikka burritos, which is an interesting desi take on the popular Mexican street food – tandoor-grilled cottage cheese and veggies wrapped in a roomali roti.

I recently visited Pinxx and tried their Combo 4 good meal. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the healthy and nutritious options they had to offer. As someone who often shares my food diary on social platforms, I appreciate restaurants that prioritize healthy choices. The meal had a great balance of protein, carbs, and vegetables, making it a well-rounded option. The staff was also knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Pinxx for anyone looking for a guilt-free and satisfying meal.

I found Pinxx to be a great spot for vegan options. I got their Combo 1, which was really good. Their staff were knowledgeable and accommodating and made sure all the dishes were plant-based. Highly recommend! #vegan #pinxx
