A dessert bar and cafe in Koregaon Park is the perfect place for you if you are a vegan and have a very sweet tooth. Serving the richest and sweetest delicacies, the place is vegan, gluten-free, keto or fat-free! This excellent idea was of Anuradha Sawhney , ex-PETA head and author to one of India’s first vegan cookbook’s “The Vegan Kitchen: Bollywood Style!” They have vegan whole grain cakes, ice creams, butter, cheese, cookies, healthy bread, tarts, and quiches . I recently tried the Veggie Lover Burger at Back To The Basics and it was delicious! The patty was made with fresh and flavorful vegetables, giving it a healthy twist. The burger was also topped with a variety of veggies, adding more texture and flavor to each bite. The buns were soft and toasted just right. Overall, a great option for vegetarians looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Back To The Basics and had a wonderful experience. Their veg pizza is amazing and I highly recommend it. The toppings were fresh and the cheese was perfectly melted - definitely worth trying!
