I recently tried the Prawns Khichdi at Authentique and it was a delightful experience. The dish had a perfect balance of flavors, with plump and juicy prawns mixed in with flavorful rice and lentils. The portion size was generous and the presentation was impressive. Highly recommend trying this dish at Authentique if you're looking for a tasty twist on traditional khichdi. Overall, a great addition to the menu and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes
