I had ordered different cake(image was different) and received totally different cake...and after complaining to customer care they are saying the merchant deliver you same cake so they can not replace it or refund it...and also custome

The packaging was very poor and the cakes just crumbled and were a mess. Money wasted, a cakeshop.eoth no respect for cake packaging!
