I recently visited Hotel Rushi, and as someone who follows the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find a good selection of Paleo options on their menu. I opted for the Chicken Masala Thali, and I have to say, it was delicious! The chicken was tender and perfectly spiced, and the accompaniments were all Paleo-friendly.
