I recently visited Hotel Ashray and was pleasantly surprised by their Veg Manchow Soup, which is also paleo friendly. Hotel Ashray had a surprisingly good Dal Khichdi. The texture was perfect and was full of flavour that was not too spicy. The perfect blend of spices and herbs added to the deliciousness of this dish. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for Dal Khichdi.
