I recently dined at Hotel Nutrinuts and was pleasantly surprised by their Sprouted Harbhara Ukkad dish. As a vegan, I am always on the lookout for restaurants that offer delicious plant-based options and this restaurant did not disappoint. The Ukkad was packed with flavor and had the perfect texture. I appreciate that Hotel Nutrinuts caters to those with dietary restrictions and I will definitely be returning to try more of their vegan offerings. Overall, a great dining experience for veg
