I recently visited Saaddi Rasoi and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer several options for those following a Paleo diet. One dish that stood out to me was their Achari Soya Chaap, made with marinated soy chunks and flavorful Indian spices. The dish had a great texture and was bursting with flavor.
