The Bridge is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious gluten-free options. Their Malai Koftha dish was not only gluten-free but also packed with flavor. The tender koftas in creamy sauce were a delight to eat. I also appreciated the fact that the restaurant has a separate gluten-free menu, making it easier to navigate through the options. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was knowledgeable about the ingredients used. Overall, a fantastic dining experience for someone who has gluten-free preferences.
