I recently ordered the Aloo Tikki Chaat from New Mathurawasi Chat Center and it did not disappoint. The dish was packed with flavor and the presentation was top-notch. The Aloo Tikki itself was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The combination of spices and chutneys was spot on, making for a delicious and authentic chaat experience. I highly recommend this dish and overall, I am very impressed with the quality of food from New Mathurawasi
