I recently tried out The Catalyst, and I have to say, their Chicken Momos in Gravy were absolutely delicious! The gravy had the perfect balance of flavors, and the momos were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying it out if you're a fan of momos or just looking for some good food in general. Definitely adding this to my list of favorites!
