I recently visited this store expecting a smooth experience, but was disappointed by the service. I tried to pay using Magicpin, which is a valid and widely accepted platform, but the staff member refused to accept it without giving a proper explanation. Instead of assisting or trying to resolve the issue, they were argumentative and unhelpful. This kind of attitude towards customers is unprofessional and discouraging. I hope the management takes note and trains the staff to handle such situations better in the future. Not likely to visit again unless there's an improvement in service.
