• Cash on Delivery is currently available in limited localities and at certain stores only.
• Availability of COD payment mode on payment page depends upon certain factors and may not be visible to certain users at certain time durations.
• You can avail this COD Payment mode on the payment page by selecting COD option
• There is a capping on order bill value for availing COD depending upon the category of order.
• You can pay a maximum 1500 INR per order as cash and the remaining amount to be paid through the link shared with you by the rider at the time of delivery.
• You can also pay the total amount through digital mode through the link shared by the rider at the time of delivery.
• In case a COD order gets cancelled/not delivered due to some reasons, magicPoints will be refunded instantly to your magicpin wallet.
• If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in the helpdesk section by raising a ticket.
(Applicable only on successfully delivered orders where customer has made the payment at the time of delivery)
