Return T&Cs
- This item is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery date.
- Return will be picked up within three business days of the return request.
- Return will be picked only from the original delivery address
- Returned item should be in its original condition.
- Packaging, Box and Tags should not be removed
- Original accessories, If any, should also be returned along with the original item.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund.
- Click here to check the list of non-returnable items due to hygiene conditions except only in the condition when a defective/damaged product is delivered to you.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement
- Products should not have been washed or cut/resized, and should not be in Non-sellable condition.
- Physical Invoice received should be sent back in the return
- You will be eligible for a full refund if all terms and conditions are met.
What can I return?
You may request returns for items you purchase from the outlets listed on magicpin only when the items are explicitly mentioned as "eligible for return" within the ‘return window’ period.
Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is -
- Damaged or Defective
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Different item delivered
- Different size/colour delivered
How to return an item?
- Go to My Transactions page under account section
- Select the order
- Choose an item that you want to return
- Select a reason from the list
- Follow the steps mentioned on the screens.
Note: The return process is applicable only if the product is eligible for return and the return window is still active.
Non Returnable Items:
Returns are not allowed for the following categories. In case of manufacturing defects or wrong product please feel free to contact us within 24 to 48 hours after delivery. In case it is informed after 48 hours we will not be able to investigate this even if it is highlighted within the 30 days return policy.
Accessories, Inner Wear, Night Wear, Socks, Bath and Sanitary, Shorts etc.
