I recently ordered dinner from Cafe 'O' City, and I have to say their Schezwan Chowmein was top-notch. The portion size was perfect for a regular, and the flavors were incredible. I recently tried the Schezwan Chowmein Regular at Cafe'O'City and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The dish had a nice spicy kick to it, without being overpowering.
