The star of the meal was definitely the Bangladesh Ar Doi Ilish, which was cooked to perfection and had the right balance of flavors. I recently dined at Randhan - A - Bandhan and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of vegan options. The Katla Bhaja, in particular, was delicious and had a perfect balance of flavors.
