I recently dined at Randhan - A - Bandhan and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of vegan options. The Katla Bhaja, in particular, was delicious and had a perfect balance of flavors. Not only did the restaurant offer great vegan dishes, but their staff was also incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about dietary restrictions.
