I recently visited Rural Blues, a charming farmhouse restaurant that offers a variety of farm-fresh dishes. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was happy to see that they had plenty of options for me. From gluten-free sandwiches to salads, everything was delicious and made with fresh ingredients from the farm. I especially loved their gluten-free blueberry muffins and quinoa salad. I recently tried the Mexican Fiesta Thin N Crispy pizza from Pizza Hut and I have to say, it was a great find for my budget-friendly lunch options. The toppings were generous and the crust was perfectly thin and crispy. The Mexican flavors added a nice twist to the classic pizza taste.
