I recently dined at BKC- Bangalore Kitchen Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive vegan options. I ordered the Jalapeno Cheese Poppers and they were absolutely delicious. The vegan cheese was a perfect alternative and the jalapenos added just the right amount of spice.
