I recently had the pleasure of trying out the High Protein - Soboro Don Low GI Rice Bowl at ATH - All Things Healthy! Let me just say, it definitely lived up to its name. The blend of flavors and textures was outstanding and the low GI rice made it a guilt-free indulgence. The portion size was perfect and left me feeling satisfied, but not overly full. I recently visited The Salad Studio and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive vegan options!
