I recently visited A2B - Adyar Ananda Bhavan and was pleasantly surprised to find some delicious vegan options on their menu. Their Uttapam was especially good, with a perfect balance of flavors. As a vegan, I appreciate restaurants that offer plant-based options and A2B definitely impressed me with theirs. I highly recommend trying their Uttapam and other vegan dishes.
