I recently visited Ibaco Ice Cream and tried their tropical jackfruit ice cream, which I must say was absolutely delicious! As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was really happy to see that this ice cream was an option for me. The flavor was spot on, with a perfect balance of sweetness and real chunks of jackfruit. I appreciate the effort they put into accommodating different dietary needs.
