I recently tried the sambar idli at Akshaya Bhavan and I have to say, it was delicious! The idli was soft and fluffy, and the sambar had the perfect balance of spices. I recently tried the garlic mixture from Perambur Sri Srinivasa Sweets & Snacks and I have to say, it was fantastic! The flavour of the garlic was strong and gave the mixture a delicious kick. The texture was perfect, with just the right amount of crunch. As a lover of Japanese cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Indian snack.
