I recently tried Kolkata Chicken Dum Biryani from Kolkata Food In and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the rice was cooked to perfection. The generous amount of tender chicken pieces in the biryani added a nice touch. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying this dish at Kolkata Food In for a satisfying and authentic taste of Kolkata.
