I am writing to request a refund for my recent order . I ordered the Dry fruit halwa from new Delhi mithaiwala . When I received the sweet, it was expired and bad smell. I was unable to eat it. As you can see, the food is not in a condition that is not safe to eat. I am requesting a full refund for my order. I am a loyal Zomato customer and have always been happy with your service in the past. However, I am very disappointed with this experience. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I recently visited Balaji Poonam Mithai Bhandar and I must say, their Dahi Puri was delectable. The combination of crispy puris, tangy chutney and creamy yogurt was a burst of flavors in every bite. The portion size was generous and the service was efficient. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. I recently visited The Dessert Heaven - Pure Veg and was delighted to find that they had vegan options available.
