I recently visited Sang Lo Kitchen in Kolkata and I must say, their Murgh Biryani was just amazing! The spices used were on point and gave a nice kick to the dish. Being a lover of spicy food, this biryani definitely impressed me. The Kolkata style preparation added a unique touch to the dish. It is a must-try for anyone who loves biryani with a kick of heat.
