I recently visited Adaminte Chayakkada and tried their Chatty Chicken Fry, which was absolutely delicious. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate the fact that they had this option on their menu. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavors were spot on. I had my first Al-fahm here at Al-Saj Kitchen and that's a dish I'll never go back from. The meat is incredibly delicious by itself. But when paired with the sauce and the kuboos that they offer, the flavour somehow becomes more complex and more delicious. I also really love their parotta and beef curry dish.
