I recently tried the mutton kosha and basanti pulao at Ong Bong Chong and I have to say, it was a delightful gluten-free experience. The mutton was cooked to perfection and the basanti pulao had just the right amount of spices. As someone who has a gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to find such tasty options on the menu. The staff was also very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and made sure my meal was prepared separately. I highly recommend Ong
