I recently had the chance to try Ammiyil Aracha Kozhi Curry at Hotel Thakkaram Live Kitchen and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection in a flavorful blend of spices and the traditional ammiyil aracha cooking technique. The dish had the perfect balance of heat and spice, making it a must-try for anyone who loves a good curry. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very inviting and added to the overall dining experience.

I recently visited Kanji Kalam and was pleased to find a diverse range of gluten-free options on their menu. The Kuthari Kanji in particular was outstanding, with a perfect balance of flavors and texture. I was impressed by the attention given to gluten-free diners and appreciated the effort put into creating delicious alternatives for us.
