I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of Paleo diet options. I ordered the 2 McSpicy Chicken Burgers, which were packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned to fit my Paleo diet. The fries were also a great addition and surprisingly not greasy.
