I recently dined at Gulmurg at The Shalimar Hotel and I must say the chicken tikka was delicious! As someone who prefers healthy meal options, I was pleased to see that the chicken tikka was cooked using lean protein and had a well-balanced flavor. The portion size was also perfect, not too big or small. I highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious option.
