I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Malai Burfi Ice Cream from NIC Ice Creams and all I can say is, "wow!" The 100ml portion was the perfect size and the ice cream itself was incredibly creamy and rich. I especially loved the burst of flavor from the Malai Burfi, it added a unique and delicious twist to the classic ice cream flavor. I recently tried Grameen Kulfi's Alphonso Mango Stick Kulfi and it was amazing! The perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness made this kulfi stand out from other places I have tried. The spices used were just right and enhanced the natural sweetness of the Alphonso mango. I couldn't get enough of it! If you're like me and prefer spicy food, this is a must-try dish.
