I recently tried the Malai Burfi Ice Cream from NIC Ice Creams and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size of 100ml was just perfect for one person. The combination of malai and burfi flavors was spot on, and the ice cream itself was creamy and smooth. The presentation was also impressive, with a beautiful swirl design on top. I recently had the pleasure of dining at NH1 Bowls - Highway To North and I must say, their Desi Ghee Dal Khichdi Bowl was absolutely fantastic. The fusion of Japanese and Indian flavors was a delight to my taste buds. The sushi was incredibly fresh and had a perfect balance of ingredients. I had the pleasure of trying out Bhatti Chicken's grilled chicken and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
