I recently tried the Shitake Mushroom and Mix Vegetable Gimbap at The Poke Co. and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors of the shiitake mushrooms and mixed vegetables were perfectly balanced and the gimbap was expertly rolled. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very inviting and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying this dish if you visit The Poke Co. It's definitely a must-try for any sushi or veggie lover out there!

I recently visited Izumi and I have to say, the Yaki Ramen Chicken was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were on point and the noodles had the perfect texture.
