I recently tried Sikkim Kitchen and I must say, their 3 Poori Chole and Dhai were absolutely fantastic! As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted to find that their dishes did not disappoint in terms of taste and spice level. I recently visited Bikanervala and was blown away by their delicious Gujia Longlata Sweet. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was a perfect balance and the texture was spot on.
