I recently visited Shiva Vaishno Dhaba and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Chole Chawal Fry dish. The chole was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice. The rice was also well-cooked and complemented the chole perfectly. What impressed me the most was the portion size and the fact that the dish felt healthy and nutritious. I recently tried Railway Yard and was blown away by their Tandoori Handi and Dal Makhani Matki dishes. The Tandoori Handi was perfectly cooked with a great balance of spices and the Dal Makhani Matki was rich and creamy. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and attentive service.
