I recently tried the Besan Gatte Masala at Paramhans Pure Veg and it did not disappoint. The dish was packed with flavor and the texture of the gatte was spot on. I loved how perfectly spiced and balanced the curry was. The restaurant offers a great selection of vegetarian dishes and I can't wait to go back and try more. I recently ordered dinner from Swadesi and decided to go for their specialty dish, the Dal Baati. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The Dal was rich and flavorful while the Bati was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They also included Chura, which was a great addition.
